FOUNDER TIMELINE

Nine milestones. One trajectory.

2018

Foundation

Born in Kingston, Jamaica. An early understanding that systems — not effort alone — determine outcomes. Relocates to South Florida.

2019

Florida State University

Accepted to both UF and FSU. Chooses Florida State University to study Hospitality and Entrepreneurship. Mentorship reshapes the operational lens.

2020

First Operations

First structured operational engagements in Tallahassee — handyman and logistics work that begins revealing repeatable system patterns.

2021

Operation First Mile

The foundational ASSAN deployment. 150+ jobs, three property networks, and the originating operational playbook.

2022

Operation LiveBetter

Nine-month embedded engagement at Landmark Metropolitan. First long-form operational deployment with structured triage and response protocols.

2023

Operation Saatva + IRIS Launch

Entry into hospitality supply chain. Simultaneously, IRIS activates — building the first coded digital infrastructure project for Miss Scholastic America.

2024

Platform Architecture

IRIS and ASSAN formalized as two distinct platforms within one operating philosophy. The venture model crystallizes.

2025

Global Positioning

Salesman Solutions reframes as a global venture platform. Geographic scope expands. The operational model proves redeployable across markets.

2026

Active Deployment

Both platforms operating. IRIS expanding digital infrastructure capabilities. ASSAN deepening hospitality and property system deployment.

“To build the operational systems infrastructure that industries run on — not for a single market, but for the world.”

PLATFORM PHILOSOPHY

Why Two Platforms?

Most operational failures happen at the intersection of bad digital infrastructure and poor real-world execution. IRIS addresses the first. ASSAN addresses the second. Together, they close the gap most organizations leave open.

The two-platform architecture is not redundancy — it is specialization. A property operation runs better when the digital layer tracks maintenance, surfaces patterns, and automates communication. A digital platform performs better when the deployment layer executes with precision. IRIS and ASSAN are designed to feed each other.
