What does Salesman Solutions do?
We are a home and property care company in South Florida. We handle home repairs; carpentry, wall panels, and shelving; lighting, electrical, and plumbing fixes; TV mounting and smart-home installs; appliance and furniture installation; office build-outs; delivery and moving; and haul-away, for homeowners, property managers, and businesses.
Can you handle several different jobs in one visit?
Yes. That is what we are built for. A repair, a TV mount, new shelves, and a haul-away can all be one visit with one crew. Send the whole list when you request a quote.
Do you do carpentry and office build-outs?
Yes. Wall panels, accent walls, floating shelves, built-ins, and trim for homes, and full office build-outs with panels, shelving, workstations, and conference rooms.
What areas do you serve?
All of South Florida, across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties: from West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton through Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Weston, and Hollywood to Miami, Coral Gables, and Kendall, and the communities around them. Outside those? Call. We travel for the right job.
Do you work with homeowners or businesses?
Both. Most of our work is in private homes and condos, and we also work with property managers, associations, designers, offices, hotels, and retailers.
Can you work in condos and high-rise buildings?
Yes. We coordinate certificates of insurance, service elevator reservations, loading docks, and building rules with management before the crew arrives.
